LES INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/h3><\/div>

  • 500 gr de potimarron<\/li>\n
  • Thym ou herbes de Provence<\/li>\n
  • 100 ml de lait<\/li>\n
  • 60 ml de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide<\/li>\n
  • 3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n
  • 30 gr de farine<\/li>\n
  • Sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    LA RECETTE<\/h3><\/div>
      \n
    1. Laver le potimarron (sans l\u2019\u00e9plucher) et le couper en morceaux<\/li>\n
    2. Le faire bouillir dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e 20 minutes<\/li>\n
    3. \u00c9goutter le potimarron<\/li>\n
    4. Mixer le potimarron cuit avec le lait, la cr\u00e8me et les \u0153ufs<\/li>\n
    5. M\u00e9langer avec la farine, le sel, le poivre et les herbes de Provence<\/li>\n
    6. Cuire 25 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
