LES INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/h3><\/div>

  • 1 kg de tomates<\/li>\n
  • 1 botte de carottes fanes<\/li>\n
  • 4 oignons blancs<\/li>\n
  • 120 gr de beurre<\/li>\n
  • 120 gr de farine<\/li>\n
  • 120 gr de gruy\u00e8re ou de parmesan selon vos go\u00fbts<\/li>\n
  • 1 bouquet de thym ou herbes de Provence<\/li>\n
  • 1 bouquet de basilic<\/li>\n
  • Sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    LA RECETTE<\/h3><\/div>
      \n
    1. Peler les tomates et les couper en gros morceaux<\/li>\n
    2. Peler les carottes et les couper en petits d\u00e9s<\/li>\n
    3. Peler les oignons blancs et les ciseler<\/li>\n
    4. Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer une cuill\u00e8re d\u2019huile et faire revenir les oignons 5 minutes<\/li>\n
    5. Ajouter les tomates, les petits d\u00e9s de carotte, du sel et du poivre et faire cuire \u00e0 couvert en remuant de temps en temps jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les carottes soient cuites. En fin de cuisson ajouter le basilic cisel\u00e9.<\/li>\n
    6. Beurrer un plat allant au four et verser les l\u00e9gumes dedans<\/li>\n
    7. M\u00e9langer\/malaxer le beurre, le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, la farine avec le thym\/herbes de Provence puis saler et poivrer<\/li>\n
    8. Mettre la pate \u00e0 crumble sur les l\u00e9gumes et cuire 35 minutes \u00e0 190\u00b0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
