LES INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/h3><\/div>

  • 2 aubergines<\/li>\n
  • 4 tomates<\/li>\n
  • 2 poivrons<\/li>\n
  • 2 oignons<\/li>\n
  • 1 p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<\/li>\n
  • 1 cuill\u00e8re de miel<\/li>\n
  • 100 gr de ch\u00e8vre frais<\/li>\n
  • 100 gr de buche de ch\u00e8vre<\/li>\n
  • 1 cuill\u00e8re de sirop ou vinaigre balsamique<\/li>\n
  • Herbes de Provence<\/li>\n
  • Sel et poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    LA RECETTE<\/h3><\/div>
      \n
    1. Rincer les aubergines, couper les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s et faire des rondelles (env. 1 cm)<\/li>\n
    2. Disposer les rondelles sur du papier de cuisson, verser un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olives, saupoudrer d\u2019herbes de Provence, saler et poivrer et cuire 30 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/li>\n
    3. Ciseler l\u2019oignon, peler \u00e9p\u00e9piner et couper les tomates en quartiers, \u00e9p\u00e9piner et couper des lani\u00e8res de poivrons.<\/li>\n
    4. Dans une grande po\u00eale, faire revenir l\u2019oignon dans une cuill\u00e8re d\u2019huile, puis ajouter les l\u00e9gumes. Ajouter le miel, le balsamique, des herbes de Provence, du sel, du poivre et faire revenir 10 minutes \u00e0 feu vif en remuant<\/li>\n
    5. Baisser le feu, couvrir et cuire 30 minutes<\/li>\n
    6. Dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9, disposer les rondelles d\u2019aubergines et mettre le ch\u00e8vre frais dessus. Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes cuits bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9s par-dessus et couvrir de rondelles de buche de ch\u00e8vre<\/li>\n
    7. Couvrir le tout avec la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e en rentrant les bords sous les l\u00e9gumes et cuire 35 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0. D\u00e9mouler \u00e0 la sortie du four<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
